Get It Together…..Together

The easiest and hardest things to do are usually easy because you control it or the group works so well together. You feel connected and flow with ease. Or hard because you don't want to take responsibility in doing it or everyone has their own idea and will not collaborate with each other. Have everyone start with an open mind to new ways of seeing the person, team, organization or family member. New thoughts about understanding them. Remember the Mind Garden we discussed in another post…. keep it clear of clutter that are (weeds) trying to choke your team, organization, family or group.
