Self-care.. What do you digest daily to TAKE care of yourself?
Reflection of your day before it starts. See your day (mindfully) as you wake up in the morning. Fill your mind & heart emotions with gratitude that you woke up this morning. Then reflect on what good intentions you have for yourself today.
Care for yourself even if it's a little time to linger in the shower and do some deep breathing there. Or add essential oils on your body before getting out of the shower to care for yourself.
Maybe make a favorite morning tea or coffee and really take time to taste it. Or play with your pet before you leave the house… it's great for them AND you!
