What Do You Love? In work and hobby's. What is the very best part of your work and hobby's or crafts that you apply yourself to. What gives you that feeling of bliss and joy?
What are you Good At? In work and hobby's. What is effortless and flows easily for you that others stand in awe about you. What do you think is a breeze to do while others struggle?
What Does the World Need? In your own vision of something that the world is lacking what do you believe the world could greatly benefit from. Nothing is to small or meaningless. Everything has a meaning once created. Can opener, Key chain, Erasers. Picture frame hanging wire, wheels on a chair. See someone had to see the world as needing these things.
What Can You be Paid For? This takes us back to #1 What do you love #2 What does the world need #2 What are you good at. If you love doing something that you are good at and you find a universal need for it, then the value of that which you have is monetized to the public based on their needs.
Of course there is deeper work that can be done (we coach) stemming from the 4 What's to develop and circle in on you and your Ikigai. But this is something you may have interest in researching further.
