Sometimes we create our own obstacles by the little things we do which hinder us from achieving our plans and goals.

Now why on earth would we do that to ourselves? Someone or something has "programmed" you to believe this is okay and you need to do this to keep up with the latest information…. Really.. and why would you keep up with negative news or things that have nothing to do with improving YOUR LIFE?
STOP IT! When you find yourself in this loop- Stop and breathe deep (belly breath). Then take a few moments to do an internal cleanse of thoughts and emotions that don't serve you.
