Quiet!
Experience Silence and the calming effect on your mind and body. Quiet yourself. No movement for just 2 minutes (which may seem like eternity) then slowly let your body do what it wants to do. For example sit is a loosely crossed leg position with your arms to your side and your head bowed so your chin is resting towards your chest. Stay like that with no sound for 2 minutes. You will become more intune with your breathing, heartbeat, maybe even your gurgling tummy 😉 . Then just let your head move anyway it wants (IN SILENCE). Let your neck and shoulders flow without thinking about it. Follow with your arms, elbows, wrist and fingers.
"Well gee, this is just relaxation stretching."

In silence. A quiet place to let yourself flow in and out of conscientious being aware and not being aware. Try laying flat on the ground and doing the same practice of silence and quiet. How can our minds rest if we don't let our bodies rest?
We are the most amazing being that God has created! Do you realize that? Genesis 1:25-27 vs 25- God made every animal, beast, cattle, and everything that creeps on the earth according to "its" kind and God saw that it was good. vs 26- Then God said "Let us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness…" vs 27- So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him male and female.
Let's take the time to rest in silence and meditation and have joy in appreciation of the majestic beauty of the image we are made in.
