I've had to release & replace quite a few Labels. The same year as 911 (2001) me (Kori) and our youngest daughter (at the time 5 years old) had a tragic car accident which fortunately left our daughter unscathed.
I however had results of TBI Traumatic Brain Injury, short term memory loss, headaches, therapy to learn how to walk and move my head without falling over.
Now, for a few months I was definitely depressed going through the process of healing. However, I had encouraging family and friends supporting the smallest achievements.
I gave up the Labels of "sick", "useless", "fearful", "weak", "unstable", "ugly", "resentful", "lost", "helpless" and "failure". You get the idea. Those Labels had so much negative Leverage over me that I couldn't see any positives in my future. At some point I chose (You must choose), to encourage myself and find the good in every day.
My family and friends celebrated my small (but really large for me) accomplishments as I started replacing those old Labels with "love", "proud", "strong", "accomplished", "winner", "overcomer", "success", etc… upon my life, my activities, my outlook and my inner being.
This created the Leverage I needed to heal and recover. We must first see the Label of "Love Yourself" enough to know you are created for greatness in your world.
You've read our post before that "Your world is You pushed out". That begins with inner thoughts and beliefs about the Labels you place on yourself. We advise and coach people into creating and believing new positive Labels for themselves.
