Many of us are fantastic at giving. We find joy when others light up when we give of ourselves in word, gesture or deed. However, ask yourself "Do I have that same joy and excitement when I am the Receiver?". If you are going to have a brilliant New Year/New You then you best get ready to be a fantastic Receiver. All the planning, preparation and do-ing we discussed last month will bring no satisfaction if you aren't able to receive the benefits of it.
